Full Of Empty

alldaybreakfast group installation, The Galleries, Bristol 2013

This tiny space is encountered unexpectedly on the way to the car park from the shopping centre. Concentrating on the empty shop itself FULL OF EMPTY is an exhibition in two parts.

The first part consists of an empty shop with a sign taped to the wall saying FULL OF EMPTY. At intervals performers sit in the space and engage with the incidental audience as they pass by.

The second part brings together the work of a number of artists who have documented empty shops which blight our urban and rural landscapes.
